π About Run 3
Run 3 is Player 03's (Joseph Cloutier) HTML5 sequel in the Run series. You sprint through a crumbling space tunnel where jumping can put a new wall under your feet.
Run 1 and 2 were the warmup. Run 3 is the long one with explore and learn modes, angels and other skinned runners, and levels that rotate your brain. It is not Temple Run's jungle. It is a tube in the dark.
Run 3 is a gravity platformer:
- Run forward automatically; you strafe and jump
- Tunnel faces that can become the floor
- Explore mode plus harder timed routes
- Player 03's long-running HTML5 project
Vex is a stick gauntlet in 2D. Run 3 is a 3D-ish tunnel with manners until a tile is missing.
How to Play Run 3
Use arrows or WASD to change lanes and jump. Jump toward a side wall to make that wall the floor. Do not jump into an empty hole. In explore, dying often sends you to a checkpoint rather than deleting the whole tunnel.
β Run 3 FAQ

Yes. Run 3 is free on Player 03's site and in browsers.
Can I play Run 3 on a phone?
Run 3 has touch builds. Keyboard is still the precision tool for tight gaps.
Do I download Run 3?
No. Run 3 is HTML5. Player 03 also has an icebox/newgrounds history, not a required Steam install.
How does gravity work in Run 3?

Run 3 is single-player.
I keep jumping into holes in Run 3.
In Run 3, strafe first, jump second. Jumping as a panic button into a gap is the most common void.

Is Run 3 okay for kids?
Yes. Run 3 is abstract and mild. Difficulty can frustrate younger kids.
Does Run 3 need internet?
Run 3 loads from the web. Levels then run locally.
Who made Run 3?
